The coach who is demonstrating the exercises in this video is Matt Johnson, the strength and conditioning coach for the Men’s Basketball Team at George Washington University.

The Drills are:

1) A-Skip 2) Arm Action Wall Run 3) Drop Acceleration 4) B Skip 5) Resisted Attack the Ground 6) Attack the Ground and Go 7) Resisted Knee Drive with Assisted Attack the Ground 8) Heel Flick Skip 9) Sweep 10) Modified Suitcase Walk with Arm and Knee Drive 11) Sprint and Release

You might not be able to use all of them, but I hope you can find something to help your team.
